A PDF call sheet is a static file. After a time or location change, yesterday's PDF is wrong and someone has to resend it.
CallTym can import a call sheet PDF — including scans — into an editable draft. Publish notifies everyone; edit and republish notifies them again. Drafts and imports do not use credits.
