Production houses use CallTym to run a project from roster import to published call sheets, live attendance, logistics acknowledgements, and payment records.
Invite EPs, LPs, and ADs, import crew from Excel, and publish with budget and department notes you can edit. Add artists to a project so they can sign in. From one workspace you can publish call sheets, send WhatsApp, email, push, and in-app alerts, track acknowledgements, record live attendance, manage pickup and meal logistics, compare forecast versus actual expenses, and keep artist payment records. You start with a free trial of published call sheets; when you need more, request a paid plan for customized pricing. Credits are used only when you publish. Drafts, edits, and PDF imports do not use credits.
